To ensure the effectiveness and reach of the "Empower Every African Youth with Tech Skills" Advocacy Campaign, we have set ambitious yet achievable goals. Our mission is to not only equip participants with essential tech skills but also to create pathways for employment and entrepreneurship in the tech industry.

Campaign Goals

• Reach 10,000,000+ Youths: Over the next 5years, we aim to directly engage with 10,000,000+ aspiring tech professionals across Africa, providing them with the tools, mentorship, and career guidance needed to thrive in the tech industry.
  
  
• Onboard 5000+ Tech Mentors: We plan to onboard 5000+ experienced tech professionals as mentors who will guide, inspire, and share their knowledge with the next generation of tech leaders, helping them navigate the ever-evolving tech landscape.
  
  
• Host 2500+ Workshops & Events: We will organize 2500+ workshops, hackathons, and industry panels that will provide hands-on learning, real-world insights, and career advancement opportunities. These events will be held both onsite at youth organizations, secondary schools and tertiary institutions, as well as virtually, reaching even the most remote areas of Africa.
  
  
• Provide 25,000+ Tech Job Placements: Our goal is to help 10,000+ trained tech professionals on our platform secure tech-related jobs through mentorship, skill-building programs, and job placement support. We aim to bridge the gap between education and employment by connecting qualified and trained tech professionals with employers looking for talent in emerging technologies.
  
  
• Train 1000,000+ Youths in Tech Skills: Through our tech skills training programs, we aim to provide 1000,000+ aspiring tech professionals with in-demand skills, including coding, data science, AI, digital marketing, and cybersecurity. These skills will not only enhance their employability but also encourage entrepreneurial ventures in tech.
