3.1. You retain ownership of content you post but grant Branafrikana a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the platform.  

3.2. Posting illegal, defamatory, or harmful content is prohibited.

5. Code of Conduct
 
5.1. Users must adhere to the guidelines outlined in the Branafrikana Global Tech Hub Guidelines to foster a positive and collaborative environment.

6.1. Branafrikana reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violating these terms or engaging in any misconduct.

7.1. Branafrikana is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

8.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.  

-Monetization Terms  

1. Monetization Eligibility
 
1.1. Only registered users are eligible for monetization opportunities.  

1.2. Users must comply with platform rules to access monetization features.  

2. Affiliate Marketing Program
  
2.1. Users earn commissions by referring new members to purchase Pro memberships.
 
2.2. Affiliate commissions are subject to specific terms and conditions provided within the affiliate program.  

3. Points System
 
3.1. Users earn points for platform activities (e.g., posting, commenting, reacting).  

3.2. Points can be redeemed for platform services, Pro packages, or converted to monetary value, with a minimum withdrawal threshold applied.  

4. Premium Content Monetization
  
4.1. Content creators can offer exclusive, paid content on the platform.
 
4.2. Branafrikana retains 30% of the revenue from premium content subscriptions.  

5. Marketplace Commission
  
5.1. Sellers on the marketplace will incur a 10% commission on every sale.
 
5.2. Earnings and commission details will be reflected in the seller’s account.  

6. Withdrawals
 
6.1. Only Pro members can withdraw earnings accrued through monetization programs.  

6.2. Withdrawals are subject to minimum thresholds and processing fees as stated in the withdrawal policy.  

7. Tax Obligations  

7.1. Users are responsible for managing their tax obligations related to income earned through the platform.  

8. Payment Disputes
  
8.1. Any disputes regarding monetization earnings must be reported within a specified timeframe for resolution.  

9. Updates to Terms and Conditions

9.1. Branafrikana Global Tech Hub may update these terms. Continued platform use signifies your agreement to the updated terms.
