Branafrikana Masterclass Community (BMC) – Terms & Conditions 

1. Membership & Access 

✅ Eligibility – Membership is open to visionary entrepreneurs, thought leaders, knowledge experts, and founders of result-oriented organizations.  

✅ Account Levels – Basic members can engage but cannot post. Only Starter, VIP, and VVIP members can create content, post, and host Mastermind Groups.  

✅ Account Responsibility – Members are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their accounts.  

2. Community Conduct 

✅ Respect & Professionalism – Members must engage with courtesy, respect, and professionalism at all times.  

✅ No Spam or Self-Promotion – Unsolicited promotions, advertisements, and spammy content are strictly prohibited.  

✅ No Hate Speech or Harassment – Discriminatory, offensive, or abusive language will result in removal.  

✅ Intellectual Property – Members must respect copyright and intellectual property rights. Plagiarism is not tolerated.  

3. Mastermind Groups & Engagement

✅ Group Participation – Members must contribute constructively to discussions and maintain a professional tone.  

✅ Posting Restrictions – Basic members can read and engage but cannot post. Starter, VIP, and VVIP members have full posting privileges.  

✅ Group Creation – Only VIP and VVIP members can create and lead their own Mastermind Groups.  

4. Content, Monetization & Earnings

✅ Monetization Features – Only VVIP members can access monetization privileges, including paid subscription groups.  

✅ Ads & Promotions – VIP and VVIP members can promote services and run ads within the platform.  

✅ Automatic Affiliate Access – Every BMC member automatically receives an affiliate link upon registration—no extra activation required.  

Refer, Earn & Thrive in Tech

✅ Affiliate Earnings – Affiliates earn 40% commission on Starter, VIP, and VVIP membership upgrades when a member registers through their affiliate link and upgrades their account.  

✅ Payouts & Withdrawals –  

- Payouts are processed on the 28th of each month.  
- The minimum withdrawal amount is $20.  
- You must have at least a **Basic Starter Membership** account to request a withdrawal.

Monetize your activity on the BMC platform by earning points for participation:

🎯 Earn Points for Every Action:

✔ 30 Points – For creating a post.  
✔ 0.001 Points – For each view your post receives.  
✔ 3 Points – For commenting on a post or receiving comments.  
✔ 1 Point – For reacting to or receiving reactions.  
✔ 5 Points – For every new follower.  
✔ 75 Points – For referring a new user.  

💰 Monetize Your Points: 

✔ 10,000 Points = $1  
✔ Minimum Withdrawal Request: $20
✔ Redeem points for ads, Pro Membership, or cash out once you reach the withdrawal threshold.  
✔ Withdraw earnings every 28th of the month (minimum withdrawal: $20).  

📌 Daily Limits:  
🔸 Free Users: Max 1,000 points per day  
🔸 Pro Users: Max 2,000 points per day  

🔴 Note: You must have at least a Starter Membership account to request withdrawals.  

5. Privacy & Confidentiality 

✅ Data Protection – Personal data is protected under our privacy policy and will not be shared without consent.  

✅ Confidentiality – Members must not share private discussions or proprietary content outside the platform.  

6. Violations & Enforcement  

✅ Warning System – Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent removal.  

✅ Moderator Decisions – Community moderators have the final say on enforcement actions.
